Which apps does HintCall work with?
Zoom, Google Meet and other calls in the browser, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Webex. HintCall takes the audio of the app itself, so there is nothing to set up.
Does HintCall work without my documents?
Yes. Without a brief and files HintCall answers from the AI’s general knowledge: it explains a term, suggests wording or an argument. Such answers are less precise, and the AI can’t know your company’s prices and terms — for those it suggests a clarifying question. The fuller your brief and documents, the more precise the answers.
What are tokens, and how many hours do they last?
Tokens are your HintCall balance. They’re used while the app listens to a call and prepares hints: for speech recognition and the AI’s work. A typical hour of calls is about 1,000 tokens; with a large brief and files, a bit more. The app always shows your remaining tokens and roughly how many hours that is for you.
Do you record my calls?
No. Audio travels over a secure connection only for real-time recognition. We store neither the audio nor the text of your conversations — only the duration and the tokens used, to keep your balance.
How fast does a hint appear?
Usually 1–1.5 seconds after the other person finishes speaking. The text streams in word by word, so you can start reading right away.
Which languages are supported?
English, Ukrainian and Russian — you can mix them within one call. Translations and tips come in your language, ready replies in the other person’s language.

Is it legal to use?
HintCall doesn’t record calls, but rules about calls differ between countries and companies. You are responsible for following the law and any agreements with the other person. The service is for users 18 and older.
